Chic Soul May New Arrivals

Now I already know what you’re thinking- what is she doing posting May content in the middle of June? Well as you all know, there has just been so much going on that sometimes posts like this one get delayed. Sometimes it’s more important to follow along with the way the world is going and prioritize other things that mean more like the Black Lives Matter movement. Sometimes work we do as bloggers and influencers needs to be delayed so the focus can really be on what matters or what is going on in the world. This is just one of those times. 

Now you all know that I won’t disappoint you with these fresh new looks! I chose a couple of dresses and a couple of casual looks. I can’t believe I’m wearing shorts in two of these looks! You all know I’m normally a dress wearing gal but I do love some fun casual looks as well! Over on my Instagram, I did try-ons and had people vote for which look they wanted to see first. The first look was this navy one that overwhelming won so we’ll just start there! 

This first dress is so fun with the shoulder ties and the scalloping around the neckline. The a-line shape is perfect for all figures and the length is just right! I think a plain navy dress is also so easy to dress up or down as well as accessorize so many different ways!

Before I talk about this, don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t wear horizontal stripes! Remember what I’ve said before is that you can wear whatever you want or whatever you feel comfortable in! 

The second look is this fun striped romper! I love this look a lot! I love the softness of this material and I love that it has pockets! It’s a pullover so literally there is nothing to do to get it on and off but slide into the legs. So simple and so easy but such a chic look! I paired some strappy coral sandals with it but you could really wear a lot of different color of shoes with it! Even a little tennis shoe would be cute!

The next look is another dress and it’s a fun green one! I love the v-neck on this one and the flutter sleeves. It’s again the perfect length and I love that it has some darts in place to help it really look amazing on any figure! These earrings I’m wearing are also from Chic Soul and they just add some fun to any look!

The last look is one that I put together with this kimono from Chic Soul  It’s not too hard to find things that will match this gorgeous one! I love the pattern and colors on it and it really does go with a lot! I started by pairing it with a tee shirt and a pair of denim shorts and sandals but really there’s so many other ways I plan on styling it!
