Happy Spring! Today is the first day of spring and it couldn’t be any more beautiful here. I was at home doing some spring cleaning of my own as I’m getting a new bed tomorrow from Big Fig Mattress I can’t wait to try it out and show it off to you all! My son and I were out and about earlie today enjoying the weather outside. I remember the first day of spring in Michigan was still filled with snow half the time! I do hope the weather cooperates this weekend as some friends and I are planning to visit the tulip farm on Saturday. Anyways, enough about that. This past week I had the pleasure of attending brunch with my monthly crew, The Sunday Girlz. We went to Jose in Dallas and it was so good! We had a brunch menu with three options so naturally I went with the French Toast! It was sweet with cream and the fruit on it was amazing as well!
