Curvy Girl on the Run

Has anyone ever told you that you shouldn't wear something? Like maybe not a certain article of clothing even but maybe a style? Big girls shouldn't wear stripes. Big girls shouldn't wear strapless. Big girls shouldn't wear... The list goes on and on.  Why shouldn't you wear what you love? Why can't you wear what you want? I'm of the school of thought that it it fits properly, it will look great. Two people could have completely different body types and still wear the same item as long as it fits properly. If it's hanging off your body so loosely, it looks just as bad as if it's too tight. It's the fit that counts. I wish more people realized this!  I have big arms. I'm still going to wear strapless. You know why? Because I love the way it looks and feels. Get a good strapless bra and you're good to go.  I'm wide and I have big hips. I also love stripes. Get over it. I'm not tiny but that doesn't stop me from wearing a pattern...

This past week was a lot of fun seeing everyone's looks. I continue to be amazed at having one theme and seeing so many different interpretations! I think that is one of the reasons why I love doing these challenges so much!  Day 7- Big Statement, Little Price- I actually combined days 7 and 8 on day 8 because I wasn't feeling well a lot of this last week. I wore a beautiful statement necklace that I got from Geoopdealz for a little price. This is actually the second one of this necklace that I have bought because I wore out the first one!  I chose @maria_neonamber to feature for this day because she is definitely making a statement in her necklace and earrings! I think they look fabulous!  Day 8- Living Colorfully- I wear color every day because I love it! I can't stand to wear neutrals or just all black, etc. without putting some sort of color with it. This outfit screamed fall to me with the colors of fall- yellows, reds, and greens.  ...
