Sunday Style: Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice

Happy Sunday! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! I thought for today’s post that I’d show off some spicy outfits and some spicy colors from Chic Soul. These were my picks for November and I just love all of the warm autumn tones of each piece! 

I’m not much for a pumpkin spice latte but I am loving the color of this eyelet blouse! It’s got plenty of stretch to it and it’s super comfy and lightweight! I paired it with some denim and some leopard booties. It’s such a simple look yet it’s comfortable and I feel put together in it!

I’ll call this next spice look parsley because it’s a green blouse that has so much character to it! I love the pleated sleeve detail so much! It has elastic cuffs and a pullover style. I left the jeans and booties on and again, I think it’s a comfy and cute put together look!

How about adding some nutmeg to the equation? I added this coatigan and now this outfit has a whole different look! I added a necklace and left on the booties for some fun still and I love the way this look turned out! I love how you can style things the same yet so differently!

Now this last look is all brown sugar- that’s the everything nice! Nothing like a fun sweater dress! This one is more fitted so I definitely sized up. I like the way the front is a square neck with a scoop neck and tie in the back. I paired this with some animal print boots and left on the necklace. This is such a simple and easy yet comfy look! The sun was so bright when we were taking these pictures but I promise my eyes are open!

Travel Tuesday: Sugar’s Inn Galveston

It’s a special edition of Travel Tuesday on a Thursday!   Ya’ll  need to get on board with going to Galveston! If you’re in the DFW area and you want to get to the beach, you can head south a few hours and get to Galveston easily! This was my second time visiting but I have a feeling I’ll be going back a little more often! Sunday Style: JJ’s House

It’s been said in various ways that clothes don’t make the person, the person makes the clothes. I believe this to be exceptionally true in this beautiful dress that I am wearing in today’s post! This dress literally made me wish that I was heading out to the opera or a benefit dinner. I love that I get to wear and model a lot of clothes and some just feel more special than others.
