Sunday Style:Tickled Teal

Image
This post is sponsored by  Chic Soul .  Well tickle me teal! It’s a fresh batch of new looks from  Chic Soul ! So most of these looks are teal or have teal in them. I think the green dress is more of a jade or emerald color but it’s close enough! And I have a couple of casual and a couple of dresses! Something sure to catch your eye! Make sure to use my code SANDAEC15 when you shop at  Chic Soul  to get 15% off your order!  I’ll start with this fun tiered dress that has ties on the shoulder. You know ties on the shoulder have been such a fun thing for me this summer! This is a fun look for the summer or even fall when you throw on a denim jacket!  You can shop the dress  here   The next look is a fun one! I love stripes and this fun top is too cute! I paired it with a pair of distressed denim that I got at least a year ago from Chic Soul. I think it would also look super cute with a sweater and booties for fall!  You can shop the to...

WhatUp Wednesday #85

Image
Hi Friends! Happy Wednesday! We’ve made it halfway through this week! Yesterday I kept thinking it was Wednesday all day and I was glad when I talked to a friend of mine that she was equally as confused as to how it was only Tuesday!  Anyways, this last week was a doozy! I got some news that one of my best friends’ mother had passed away. It’s always hard to hear of these things and no doubt it brings back memories of losing my own mother. It was also quite hot here and I was getting some headaches and just not feeling quite like myself! I forced myself to get up and around on Sunday and take a little visit to Adriatica Village to explore and take some pics. You can read my last blog post here and see all about it!  I wore a dress that I got from  Eloquii Unlimited  which is a new rental service that  Eloquii  is doing. I love the idea of renting some pieces that perhaps you couldn’t afford to buy otherwise. I love Eloquii clothing so I tried out the servic...

Adriatica Village in McKinney

Image
I n McKinney, TX, there lies a quaint little  village called  Adriatica Village .  It is one of the cutest places to see! I love the European feel of this village so much!  It was a little difficult to take pictures on this Sunday morning as people were out and about and this is actually a neighborhood. I’m especially intrigued with the roofs of the houses and all of the windows and doorways. I already know I need to go back with a photographer to truly capture all of the beauty in this little place!  Adriatica Village  is filled with houses and apartments. I just love the vibe I get from this place! There are some other shops and restaurants as well as a beautiful clock tower and fountain! It’s also home to the Bella Donna chapel that you’ll see in some of the pics. Unfortunately it was not open for me to explore and take more pics!  There’s a beautiful view all around and you can stroll along the streets or take a walk on the surrounding si...
