WhatUp Wednesday #58
Hey friends! I’m excited that I was able to get out and about this weekend and do some fun stuff! I have been so busy working lately and wanted to take some time to just enjoy life and friends.
These are some Lularoe looks! I’m loving the new pieces- Marly, Caroline and Jessie!
I’ve been watching Monk on Prime Video and I’m liking it so far! I’ve never seen it before so I find it to be very entertaining. I have some of his tendencies which makes me wonder if I’m crazy?! Nah... I also watched the most recent season of Bosch on Prime Video and it was good! Not as good as some of the other ones but good nonetheless. I think I didn’t tell you all that I also watched How To Get Away With Murder on Netflix. I am all caught up so when it comes back to live television, I’ll catch the episodes on Hulu!
But first- check out this look that I wore to brunch on Sunday! Oh my goodness! I’m loving this dress from Maree Pour Toi so much! This dress is a bright color which duh you already know I love but it has the option of being worn strapless like I did or there are little straps that you can attach! To be honest, I love the strapless look so much that I haven’t even tried it the other way!
I also managed to do this fun braid crown look! What?? I know! Who is this person? But I followed a tutorial that a friend of mine did and it was super easy!
I wore white shoes that I just got from Jessica London and they are not only fun and classy but so comfy! Also, I’m really needing a pedicure so they are the perfect alternative to sandals!
Okay here’s some pictures of the look:
So that was Sunday and I’ll get to the brunch but on Saturday, it was Zumba in the park with my friend Martha. She’s the best Zumba instructor around and I love that Klyde Warren Park offers these free classes! We had lots of fun and of course, I had to wear a cute outfit from Fabletics!
Sunday was our monthly Sunday Girlz brunch and was held at Nazca Kitchen in Dallas. This was the first time I’d been there to this restaurant and it was good. It’s South American food and I love that our brunch allows us opportunities to try new places! I ordered the Spinach and Butternut Squash entree and it was delicious. We had a yummy bread pudding for dessert and of course, lots of mimosas! I love that this shopping center had so many places for pictures too! I’m definitely coming back!
ICYMI- here’s some looks that I’ve shared over on Instagram that didn’t make it into the blog! I wanted to share these SheIn looks specifically because you can still use the coupon code “curvygirlQ2” to save an additional 15% on items!
