It’s Fall, Y’all!

One of my favorite things about fall is the fashion. The cooler temps bring about outfit combinations that we’ve been waiting to wear and dreaming of in our heads. 

I love that I’m able to partner with a brand like Chic Soul to show you some of my favorites so here are a few of them! 

I love the stripes on this dress and the shape of this dress and just everything about this dress! Can you tell I’m excited about it? I paired it with some brown booties and a hat for the ultimate fall look.

How about a fun casual look that also speaks a message? I love this sweatshirt and jeans combo! It’s message is very important in a world that we live in today. It’s also the perfect weekend look! These jeans are also a great addition to your closet! They’re soft and stretchy and are great for wearing and relaxing in!

How about another fun dress?  Oh I love off the shoulder and floral so this combo in one dress is a dream! It’s also got pockets! It is a big long on my 5’4” frame so I also tried tying this dress up in the front for a different look. I also paired this with booties for a fall look but sandals would be great with this dress as well!

In this last look, the sweater I am wearing is so fun! It’s the perfect sweater for the time of year when it’s cool but still warm. I wore this to visit the beach in Holland one afternoon and it was so comfortable! I had the best time relaxing and seeing the lighthouse and walking in the sand and cold water. It’s literally perfect! I’m wearing it with another pair of jeans from Chic Soul that are no longer available but it would look amazing with the jeans above as well!

    I like the jeans, the darker the better for me personally in the fall. The long dress is quite lovely and looks great on you!

Less Bitter, More Glitter

The saying goes "Spread Kindness around like Glitter" -okay it is really "Spread Kindness around like Confetti", but why not glitter instead? Glitter can be messy, it can be hard to clean up and can be fun and colorful. Just like our lives. Just a friendly reminder that this time of year can especially be a hard time for people. Holidays are a time when a lot of people see their friends and family but sometimes people don’t have anyone. Or maybe there are some people who don’t have much money to get gifts. Or some are remembering those that are no longer with us here on earth. Regardless of how you do or do not celebrate, remember to throw kindness around freely! Less bitterm more glitter!
