Well, the unofficial End of Summer is upon us. I think a lot of us have mixed feelings. For me, I know I was happy to see my son go back to school today because he was excited to see everyone and see who was in his class. He grew a lot over the summer, physically and mentally, and I think he is excited to see what this year has in store for him. It helps that he was excited to go too and not dreading it like some kids! There is also some sadness that summer is over. I am not sitting here boo-hooing or anything like that, but given the horrible cold and snowy winter that we had, I am just not ready for the sunshine and warm temps to end! This last week was our last summer camping trip of the year. We have a couple of great families that we enjoying camping with and this last week was no exception. So a weird title for something that I did, right? I checked a few things off my list recently and thought I'd share a couple with you in this post.  Have you ever been told that you need to take more risks in your life?  I'll admit that I might be a little "vanilla" at times, but I like to have a routine and I like to play it safe. I often stay in my comfort zone and don't try new things. My husband has always told me that I'm afraid of everything. While I don't necessarily see things the same way all the time, there is an element of truth to this. I shared this with another friend of mine who didn't necessarily think this was the case with me.
