Tassel Tuesday

Confession: I've been saving these pictures for a few weeks...When my girl Lynsie and I meet up, we do several photo shoots and try to collaborate on our posts. We've both been super busy lately and haven't had the time to write a lot so we decided to finally get it done! Check hers out at Similar Styles and get more information on her look!

Tassels have been all the rage for a while now and they're mostly popular in accessories. Earrings, necklaces, bracelets and bags are my favorites. I managed to find all kinds of fun tassels for this outfit!  Bright colors are my favorite but pair them with an amazing and fun backdrop? It's love!

It’s a special edition of Travel Tuesday on a Thursday!   Ya’ll  need to get on board with going to Galveston! If you’re in the DFW area and you want to get to the beach, you can head south a few hours and get to Galveston easily! Less Bitter, More Glitter

The saying goes "Spread Kindness around like Glitter" -okay it is really "Spread Kindness around like Confetti", but why not glitter instead? Glitter can be messy, it can be hard to clean up and can be fun and colorful. Just like our lives. Just a friendly reminder that this time of year can especially be a hard time for people. Holidays are a time when a lot of people see their friends and family but sometimes people don’t have anyone. Or maybe there are some people who don’t have much money to get gifts. Or some are remembering those that are no longer with us here on earth. Regardless of how you do or do not celebrate, remember to throw kindness around freely! Less bitterm more glitter! It’s a great time to spread cheer but so is all year!   Show a smile to a stranger or pay for someone’s drink behind you in line. Write someone a note to tell them how much you appreciate them.
