I like this song by Fat Joe and Remy Ma minus a few of the lyrics...but I digress.  It exudes confidence and the amount of wealth that they have. It paints a picture that they have everything and more(!) that they need in life. They're all the way up! While I love the confidence that this song portrays, the reality is that what is up must come down. But on the flip side, if you're down, it's only going to get better. You can only go up. I love the verse in Psalm 23:4 that says "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me."  David is in the valley. Wearing a watch is not something a lot of people do in this day and age. Everyone has a phone and has their nose in it 24/7 and they can get the time from it as  as everything else . No one has a lot of time- everyone is busy running around and getting things done.  I personally love wearing watches. To me it is an extension of accessorizing an outfit. It's another way to show your personal style. When people ask me "do you have the time?", they will often ask me where I got my watch and will compliment me on the uniqueness of the watch as well. Last year I started doing a series with colors. I haven"t been posting these for a while. I don't know why, I just haven't. For those of you who are new to this blog or haven't read this series, it is usually talking about a specific color and what it means and/or the significance or importance of this color in my life. I wonder what it would be like to have a million bucks. I wonder how quickly that money would be spent. I wonder if I would feel more safe or secure knowing I have a million bucks? I wonder if I would get treated differently if people knew I was a millionaire. It's been a little while since I've written. I haven't been slacking, I promise. I just write better when I am passionate about something or when I feel I have something valuable to share with you all. I am more like Taylor Swift- when she goes through a break-up, you know you are going to hear some good new tunes from her. She takes her experiences and writes them with a melody. It's no secret that I love all things black and white- throw in a floral pattern and I'm in love for sure! I love this dress so much from karinadresses ! It's the perfect size floral pattern for me but it's also the best dress shape for my body type. I love the way it's a faux wrap adding interest but the vee neck elongates my body and the tie that wraps around my waist accentuates it. I talk about karinadresses all the time.
