November 2014 Week Four Recap

Well it happened. Another month gone. This past week we celebrated Thanksgiving with both mine and my husband's families. We celebrated the end of one season and the beginning of another one.

Here are my looks from this past week:

Monday- It was a casual day for me. You know what's funny? I wore a similar outfit with this same plaid shirt on Monday of this week too. I think it's simple and easy to throw together as well as super comfy.

Vest- Lands End (last year)
Shirt- Old Navy (last year)
Jeans- Eloquii (summer this year)
Boots- DSW (old)

Tuesday- I decided to wear a combo that I had been thinking about for a while. There's nothing better than pink and red and glitter and leopard on a Tuesday!

Sweater- Banana Republic (last year)
Skirt- Ann Taylor (last year)
Shoes- DSW (recent)
Clutch- Forever 21 (last year)

Wednesday- Another look with this blanket scarf! I love this midi skirt and thought it was warm enough to wear this chambray shirt with it and some booties. It gives the scarf a whole other look!

Shirt- Old Navy (old)
Skirt- Eloquii (summer this year)
Scarf- Zara (last year)
Booties- Charming Charlie (old)

Thursday- Thanksgiving! I decided to go casual since we had a full day and two places to go. I took some favorite pieces and some fall colors for this look and I loved the result!

Sweater- Loft (old)
Shirt- Old Navy (last year)
Jeans- Lane Bryant (old)
Necklace- J Crew (last year)
Boots- DSW (old)

Friday and Saturday I didn't post any looks. We were busy cleaning and doing carpet in the basement. It was nice to have a break from dressing up too!

Sunday- I took this pink dress and put a tweed jacket over it and some boots. I wrote a Sunday Style post about holiday looks and taking it from day to night. I loved this look!

Dress- Banana Republic (spring this year)
Booties- Target (Altuzarra for Target- Sept this year)
Clutch- Social Monograms (old)
Jacket- Gap (last year)

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and enjoyed a relaxing time with family and friends! I'm looking forward to December with lots of gold and bows and sparkle and plaid and holiday outfits! (Can you tell I'm just a little excited?)

Thanks for reading and following along with me!
